It was found that the capacity utilisation was 6.70% in mini rice mills, 9.38% in composite unit, 12.50% in battery of hullers, 42.50% in hullers and 13.40% in integrated paddy processing complex. 78.54% in 2t/hr mills, 96.82% in 3 t/hr mills and 136.77 %
