Effect of quality of protein on zinc and calcium absorption was studied in human beings using cereal, cereal-pulse, cereal-pulse-vegetable and cereal-pulse-animal foods diets. Zinc in diet ranged from 9.36-28.8 mg while calcium content was 680-1003 mg/day
