The Shan-i-Punjab peach trees of uniform vigour were sprayed with calcium nitrate @ 10; 15; 20 and 25 per cent thrice at weekly interval before the anticipated date of harvest. The harvested fruits were hydrocooled at 200C and 150CC by dipping them in ice
