A number of isolates of Trichoderma and Aspergillus were screened for production of cellulolytic enzymes. Trichoderma viride S-34, Trichoderma viride QM 9414 and Aspergillus niger MTCC-281 showed good cellulolytic enzyme production as compared to Trichode
